






July 7, 2025 News: Today, warrant prices ranged from $20 to $38/mt, with QP in July, and the average price fell by $1/mt compared to the previous trading day. B/L prices ranged from $46 to $80/mt, with QP in August, and the average price increased by $11/mt compared to the previous trading day. EQ copper (CIF B/L) prices ranged from $0 to $20/mt, with QP in July, and the average price increased by $12/mt compared to the previous trading day. The offers referenced cargoes arriving in mid-to-late July.
Today, Yangshan copper registered and EQ B/L prices rose, mainly due to the shift in offers to August QP. In the spot market, buying and selling inquiries sentiment increased compared to before, but no significant transactions were heard during the day. It was heard that domestic B/Ls arriving in early July were closed at $60, with counteroffers at $50, QP in August. EQ transactions arriving in mid-to-early July were heard to be closed at $0-10, QP in August. South Korean B/Ls arriving in mid-July were closed at $300-330, with counteroffers above $200, QP in August. Overall, market transactions were basically flat WoW, but there was an increase in activity among traders.
